Insurance AR cleanup and maintenance we have a goal of keeping your insurance aging over 60 days under 10%. An insurance AR phone call takes an average of 20 minutes, and is tying up your phone lines. All insurance claims will be called on every 14 days, once they have gone over 30 days past due, keeping your collections high and your insurance AR low.

Fee Schedule Negotiations
With fee schedule negotiations we negotiate on behalf of your dental practice with your contracted insurance networks to agree upon improved reimbursement rates. We also include curation of a combination of insurance contracts that will get you the highest reimbursement for each individual company. Direct contracts do not always pay as much as umbrella plans, so you may be blocking much higher fees from applying for your practice.

Welcome to Dental Success Services! My name is Mary Hennessy. I am here to help dental practices grow to their full potential, and to get insurance funds in your pocket as quickly as possible.
Over the last 20+ years spent in the dental industry, I have worked in almost every position in the practice setting. I have been a dental assistant, led a Revenue Cycle department for a privately owned DSO, overseen all business aspects of dental practices, helped offices grow from struggling startups to thriving million-dollar practices, and have done extensive billing training with two of the top remote billing services in the country.
During my dental career, I have seen time and time again that dental staff struggles with understanding finances. From missed treatment opportunities, to billing inefficiencies, dental practices are leaving too much money on the table. So I developed a company focused on helping practices grow financially, and collect every insurance dollar that is owed to them.
My goal is to teach dentists and dental staff how to identify opportunities with dental billing, assure staff is collecting the entire patient portion at the time of service, and to educate your team on everything needed to assure payment from the insurance companies.
